Refund and Cancellation Policy

For nursing students, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any paid service. If you are not satisfied with our matching services within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will refund your subscription fee.

For preceptors, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will not be charged for the next billing period.
